Avram Grant will continue to prove to be a wonderful manager for chelsea .. his treatment from the media has really been not short of disgusting .Avram Grant has immence human qualities that make him abit like arsene wenger i believe in time this very humble man will be a chelsea hero and he deserves to be .. trust him he knows what he is doing ..

Well the big thing for Barca is Vidic and Rooney going off with injuries. Vidic was concussed after Drogba put one of Vidic’s teeth through his lip, and Rooney going off with some kind of hip/groin problem. Could be pretty pivitol if only one or neither plays.

And the BEST part is that Chelsea got the Man U lads all nice and tired for us this coming Tuesday. We, conversely, rolled out a makeshift lineup against Depor, resting key players (Eto’o, Messi, Milito, etc) and rolled over like dogs who know that the league is gone.

Would have loved to have seen the match, sounds like a great one.

I agree totally, best performance Chelsea have put in all season, even when they had Jose. Suddenly they looked hungry, and like a team who could win things again.

And you are right about the Pat Lampard tribute as well, just goes to show the affection with which Frank is held at the club, and it was a beautiful moment.

Todays performance was probably the BEST overall team performance since Grant took over.

Pride, passion, commitment, fire, energy and compassion (by remembering the late Pat Lampard, Frank’s Mum)

That was touching brought a tear to my eye.
