Unfortunately I know the answer to #5. My childhood club was accused of bribing the referees and banned from Europe for two years, a decision which was later overturned.
I’ll also guess that the answer to #3 is Milan.

Wouldn’t mind guessing that the answer to #8 is a cheeky 0.
Also, #1 – Liechtenstein do have club teams, but they participate in the Swiss leagues. The winner of the Liechtenstein Cup, a knockout tournament between the teams in Liechtenstein, is nominated for entry to a UEFA tournament. Last I checked, this tournament was the UEFA Cup. So maybe that’s the answer and it’s incorrect to say they have no club teams. Alternatively, the winner of the Liechtenstein Cup may now play in the Champions League and the answer you’re looking for is something even more obscure. But then since San Marino do have a participating team who try to get celebrities to play for them every year, I highly doubt the answer is the larger principalities of Andorra or Luxembourg.

1) I guessed that it might be Andorra: they’re pretty small, but if Sheps says perhaps not…The only other small states that I can think of are San Marino and Liechtenstein (again, Sheps), Monaco (which clearly has a club team) and the Vatican (who are probably not members of UEFA, but I don’t know for sure).
3) I’d guess Milan with 3, right? Not sure about the, “once from the qualifying round,” though.
7) Is that next year or the one after? The changes were for the 09/10 season weren’t they? So, I’d say false.
Didn’t the old European cup still technically have a qualifying round anyway? Damn my memory: was the first CL in 91/92 or 92/93? It was 91/92 wasn’t it? Anyway, based on my Alzheimer’s memory, I’d guess 32…Posted from
