I’ll be all controversial – I don’t love the CL because i want to watch teams that play each other every season! I love seeing the biggest teams in Europe come up against each other, and thats what makes it so exciting. I would be less excited by a Liverpool/Man United draw (with the rivalry there it could be a police nightmare as well)

Having said that, if you kept them apart here, you could get all English semi’s, which would be defeating the point a little. See how it goes this year, but its an interesting debate

Well frankly speaking im presenting the pros and cons of both the sides. And I hold my opinion as they should be kept together.

I’m not suggesting any rule. Just discussing a possibility. Last year they had kept all same league teams apart.

Even I would love to see final with teams from two different leagues. I think thts what makes CL so unique. The clash of different styles.

I have no idea why it is showing US instead of UK. May be some bug.

barca cannot draw others than an english team if you go with english teams could not drw each other…
it doest add up..
just british cr*p because they have alot of teams trough this year..
keep it the samme as always?

anybody should be able to draw anybody. its only fair, plus it makes it all the more less likely we would see two teams from the same country in the final.

I’m with Ian as far as the quarters draw goes. You can’t make up a new rule on the spot. You draw who you draw.

I don’t think they should be kept apart. That’s the rules of the tournament. Done and done. Still, I hope for at least one all-English quarter, just to destroy even the slight possibility that come the semis, all we have left is Premier League, and thus that the final two rounds of the CL are much less fun to watch.
